This is my first attempt at using my new, flash drive size, micro video camcorder. The Schwinn Currie scooter, is one of my customized, 48 volt, 100 amp, 4800 watt, 32 mph conversions. The video footage is raw, but, I think you’ll get the idea. I’ve built 4 of these. I’ve added a Cooler Collar heat sink and a 48v cooling fan to keep the motors from burning up. These powerful neodymium motors, generate 3750 watts (5 hp) of power and 1050 watts of heat. BTW, the micro camcorder quit working, right after shooting this.
